  • Payment must be received in full before dispatch.

  • All transactions are secure and encrypted using shopify payment gateway.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship within Australia.

  • Shipping times are estimates and may vary. Delays are not grounds for refunds.

  • Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

6. Returns and Refunds

We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if a product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.

  • Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 7 days, with proof of purchase and in original condition. All returns are the responsibility of the customer. we recommend purchasing extra cover if returning breakable goods.

  • Some items  e.g sale items are non returnable or refundable.
