Shipping and Returns

Shipping Information:
At Peach in the Palms Collective, we currently ship within Australia only.
We offer a flat shipping rate of $16 for standard items and $25 for bulky items.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days from the time your order is placed.
Shipping can take up to 14 business days to arrive, depending on your location.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email.
Tip: Be sure to mark our emails as "safe" as sometimes tracking emails may land in your spam or junk folder!


Returns & Exchanges:
We want you to love your new pieces! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we do accept returns.

Returns are at the buyer’s expense.

Items must be returned in the exact condition they arrived, including all original packaging, within the timeframes listed below.

If your order is damaged in transit, we need to know asap! Please email us within 12 hours of your parcel arriving, please include photos of the damage, the shipping box and label the piece arrived in. This helps us immensely to get your order sorted as soon as possible.

To request an exchange or refund, please email us at hello@peachinthepalmscollective.com.au within 5 business days of receiving your order.

Please note:

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges after 5 business days.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns, as we cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit.

Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
