1. Where do you ship to?
We currently ship Australia-wide only.
2. How much is shipping?
We charge a flat shipping rate of $16 for standard items and $20 for bulky items.
3. How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery can take up to 14 business days, depending on your location.
4. How will I know when my order has shipped?
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
(Tip: Check your spam/junk folder if you don't see it!)
5. Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes! If you're not happy with your purchase, please email us at hello@peachinthepalmscollective.com.au within 5 business days of receiving your order.
Please note: returns are at the buyer's expense and items must be returned in original condition.
6. What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@peachinthepalmscollective.com.au with photos so we can help sort it out as quickly as possible.
7. Are your products handmade?
Yes! Many of our pieces are handcrafted by skilled artisans, meaning each item is unique and may have slight natural variations — that's the beauty of it!
8. Can I pick up my order if I'm local to the Sunshine Coast?
Currently, we are online only. We hope to offer local pickup in the future — stay tuned!
9. Do you restock sold-out items?
Some of our products are limited releases, so once sold out they may not be restocked. If you love something, we recommend grabbing it while you can!
10. How should I care for my rattan or woven pieces?
We recommend indoor use only and keeping your pieces away from direct sunlight, excessive moisture, or heavy handling to keep them looking their best for years to come.
